About Us:
Providing quality experiences for students outside of regular school hours is essential in ensuring student achievement. The Freehold Borough 21st Century Community Learning Center program (21st CCLC)  provides opportunities for academic, artistic, and cultural enhancement activities to students and their families while school is not in session.

Character education, drug and violence prevention programming, recreation activities, baby sitting and technology education are also available to 21st CCLC participants.

All Freehold Borough Students attending private and public schools that are currently enrolled in 4th-8th grades are eligible to attend. Programs are held at the Freehold Learning Center and Park Avenue Complex.



We offer program Monday – Friday at the Park Avenue Complex and also at the Freehold Learning Center. Programs run as follow based on grade level:

2:30-5:30 Grades 6-8 FIS
3:00-6:00 Grades 4&5 PAE
3:15-6:15 Grades 4&5 FLC
