You can make the joker card something wild like do a silly dance. Come up with your own fun activity for each type of card. There are 4 different kinds if cards. Flip one over at a time and do the activity shown on the chart you create.

Flip a Coin Workout
1. Take a coin
2. Flip it up in the air and let it land.
3. If it comes out heads, choose one of the Red exercises. If it comes out trails, choose one of the Blue exercises.
- 10 Jumping Jacks
-10 Push ups
- 10 High Jumps
- Jog for 30 seconds
- Sit in a chair and stand up 10 times
- 20 arm circles
- Sit and reach for your toes for 10 seconds
- 10 Burpees
- Run in place as fast as you can for 20 seconds.
- Stand and reach down to your toes for 15 seconds. ( keep your legs straight!)
- 20 Jumping Jack's
- 10 sit ups
Try and hold each pose for 15 seconds.
If you have a dice, try this fun activity!!

Spell your first, middle, and last name. Do the exercise that goes along with the letter. When you are finished with your name, spell the following words

Let's play a letter game!
Move around the inside ( or if your allowed) the outside of your home.
Find something that starts with all the letters of the alphabet. When you find the object, tap it and do 5 jumping Jack's or 5 sit ups.
Example A : I ran into the kitchen and found an Apple
B: I ran outside to my patio and found a ball.

Grab 2 plastic bags. Throw one up in the air. While its in the air, throw the other one up. See if you can continue to keep the bags up in the air for as long as possible. Count how many seconds you can keep the bags up in the air.

- Try this game: Toys in the toybox
To play this game you will need to grab a pile of 5 -10 toys that you can pick up by using your feet/legs only. You may not use your hands!!! After you pick up the object, hop over to a toy box or basket, sit down, and use your feet to get the toys into the box. Run back and see how long it takes you to get all the toys in the box. Race somebody in your home if they are available to play. Have fun & stay active.

Make some balls out of paper or grab some balls that you have around your home that are safe to toss inside. Create your own targets out of boxes or things you have around your home.
If you are a righty, step with your left foot and try and overhand throw or underhand toss towards your target.
If your a lefty, step with your right foot and underhand or overhand throw the ball to try and hit your target.

Design a board game that has an exercise you must complete on the spot you land on. For example, if you move 3 spaces on the board, the space might tell you to do 10 jumping jacks.Here is an example of a game!!

Find a spot in your house with enough space to complete:
- 10 jumping jacks, 10 toe touches, 10 sit ups, 10 windmills, and 10 burpee. ( If you do not know these exercises, look them up or have an adult help you) Complete all exercises 3 times throughout the day.
Activity: Sock Catch- Roll up a pair of socks and place it inside another to make a ball. Practice throwing it up in the air and catching 10 times
Throw up and clap while the ball is in the air and then catch 10 times. Fine a basket or something to toss the ball into. Try and do 10 overhand throws into the basket & 10 underhand throws into the basket.
