• The district recently purchased a new financial / payroll system which includes a new Employee Portal. This new Employee Portal will allow you to view your check stubs online, beginning with your January 12, 2024 pay stub. Your W2 and 1095-C forms for 2023 will be distributed to you on paper from the payroll department.

Please reference the attached “Quick Start Guide”.   The guide is summarized below:

    • Click link and follow steps below: https://my.doculivery.com/Systems3000-freeholdboro
    • Your User ID is your first initial, followed by your last name, followed by your employee ID number; for example, John Smith, with employee number 1234 will have a login of “jsmith1234”.
    • The ID is not case-sensitive.
    •  For your first login, use just your employee number as your password.
    • You will be required to change the password immediately after login. You will answer and save 4 security questions.
    • Enter the email address you wish to be contacted at.
    • Your employee number can be found on your printed paystub on January 12, 2024. A sample is attached, so you can easily find your employee ID number.

** Please note, January 12, 2024’s paystub is the only time you will receive a printed paystub from the district. Starting January 12, 2024, all paystubs are available for you to access on your employee portal. **

All Freehold Borough staff members will be able to set up their own payroll notifications as desired. You may select the option to receive an email, text message (both or neither) when a pay stub is available for viewing. The business office will stop printing direct deposit pay stubs after January 12, 2024. All the information printed on the pay stubs is now available in the Systems 3000 Payroll portal. We expect that you will enjoy the convenience of having all of your check stubs and tax forms available 24 hours a day for viewing, printing, emailing, and saving – all protected and under your control.

Note: All personal payroll information is kept secure and confidential in Systems 3000.
