About Us:Providing quality experiences for students outside of regular school hours is essential in ensuring student achievement. The Freehold Borough 21st Century Community Learning Center program (21st CCLC) provides opportunities for academic, artistic, and cultural enhancement activities to students and their families while school is not in session. Character education, drug and violence prevention programming, recreation activities, babysitting and technology education are also available to 21st CCLC participants. All Freehold Borough Students attending private and public schools that are currently enrolled in 3rd-8th grades are eligible to attend. Our after school program operates Monday-Friday at the Park Avenue Complex. Programs run daily except on school out days and half days.Programs times are as follows based on grade level:Freehold Intermediate School (Grades 6-8) 2:45-5:30Park Avenue Elementary (Grades 3-5) 3:20-6:00

September 14, 2021 @ 6:00PM (use door #5 - Trophy case) to start the program September 22nd.
Applications must be completed and submitted with payment by September 3, 2021 for students to be eligible to begin on September 13th
