Dismissal: Any changes to your child's dismissal must be in writing, emailed, or faxed by 2:00 p.m. at the latest. Dismissal emails are to be sent to Flcoffice@freeholdboro.k12.nj.us.
West Freehold Students will be allowed to enter FLC at 8:25 a.m. to have breakfast. This is ONLY temporary until these classes return to our FLC building. Once the classes are placed in their corresponding classrooms here at FLC, these students will be allowed in at the same time as all other students at 8:45 a.m.
All other students will be allowed in at 8:45 a.m. Ther is NO superivison for students who arrive to the school earlier than 8:45 othe than those who attend the YMCA Before Care Program.
The YMCA offers Before and After School Care for FLC students Pre-K (4 years old and over) through 3rd grade. You will need to go to the YMCA at East Freehold Road to pick up an application. They have their own fee schedule and offer assistance when needed. ou can contact Helene Silverman at the YMCA at 732-462-0464 ext. 155. If you are interested in any of these two programs, you may want to call as soon as possible as it could take up to two weeks to complete the registration process. These programs are held within our school: in our cafeteria and classrooms. Please contact the YMCA for further information.
District flip calendars will be sent home one per family, once received from the printers. This calendar provides you with all of the district and building dates for the year as well as other important school and district information.
Emergency School Closings/Delays: We use a voice messaging system (School Messenger) that allows us to read thousands of contacts within minutes to announce any emergency school closings or delayed openings. It is therefore essential that you listen to your voicemail from our district in its entirety and that the school's main office is contacted immediately upon any changes to your phone number.
