William, a native of Fulton, NY, taught here in Freehold for 7 years before taking over the principal position at the Learning Center this year.  Prior to coming to Freehold, William taught in Bowie MD, and in Central NY.  He graduated from Alfred University in 2001 with a degree in Elementary Education.  He Earned his Master's degree from the University of Phoenix with a major in Curriculum and Instruction in 2006, and his Post Masters Certificate in Administration from The College of New Jersey in 2011.  William is a resident of Freehold Borough where he resides with his wife and 2 children.
