Jennifer Donnelly has been serving the Freehold Borough School District since 2011. She began her career as the District Anti-Bullying Coordinator and the Supervisor of Gifted and Talented. In 2012, she assumed the role of Supervisor of Assessment & Technology and continued as the Supervisor of Gifted and Talented. In her current role as the Director of Technology & Assessment, she is responsible to oversee the implementation of all district technology and assessments as she continues to maintain the integrity of the district’s Gifted and Talented Program. Her education includes a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from William Paterson University 1996; and an M.A. of Educational Leadership from St. Peter’s University 2003. She holds a standard certificate in Elementary Education, General Business Education as well as Supervisor and Principal certifications. In 2015, Jennifer obtained her Chief School Administrator certification.
