Prior to becoming an administrator in Freehold Borough, Cecilia Zimmer taught for a total of 11 years as a bilingual teacher in Union City, NJ and as an ESL teacher in Carteret, NJ.  As a Supervisor since 2011, her charge is to oversee the ESL, Bilingual, and World Language departments.   She holds a BA in Sociology from Montclair State University and an MA in Administration and Supervision from St. Peter’s College. Mrs. Zimmer has Elementary, ESL, Bilingual, and Principal Certifications, and resides in Howell, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
