The recent events involving the coronavirus outbreak has caused our nation as a whole to experience a high level of stress, anxiety and worry for a variety of reasons. In the event that our school closes for an extended period in order to prevent the virus from spreading further, use the coping strategies in the link below to help manage any stress or heightening anxiety. Even 30 minutes a day will help support your mental health.
